SPIRIT CLINIC & CHEER/KICK COMBO:  
This class is offered in the Fall Session to expose members to cheerleading and kickline dance in a positive, upbeat and fun filled learning environment.  This is a combination class offering 1/2 hour of cheerleading and a 1/2 hour of kickline as further explained below:
CHEERLEADING at Spirit Clinic & Cheer Kick Combo:   
Beginner and intermediate class designed for cheer athletes who want to experience cheer motions, jumps and tumbles with their friends in a fun and safe environment. Groups will be formed based on grade and experience level.  This class combines cheer technique while focusing on the athletic components of modern cheerleading. Cheer dance and safe stunting is also taught.  Skills learned in this class will be combined and the goal will be to learn a full half time routine. This class is for anyone who wants to attend for a new learning experience, to improve skills or to prepare for a Spirit Game Teams or a high school team tryout.
KICKLINE at Spirit Clinic & Cheer Kick Combo:  
Beginner and Intermediate class designed to teach the fundamentals of kickline technique, dance, choreography and conditioning. Groups will be formed based on grade and experience level.  Basic kick combinations and transitions will be learned and incorporated into a full kickline routine. Team building skills are also one of our teaching priorities in this class.  This class is for anyone who wants to attend for a new learning experience, to improve their skills or to prepare for Spirit Game Team or a high school team tryout.

Spirit Technique & Conditioning (not offered in Fall 2019):  

This class is highly recommended for any cheer or dance athlete interested in developing and improving flexibility, core strength, musicality, skills technique and athleticism.  The goal of this class is to develop the overall athlete to improve her performance on a GC Spirit team, a high school kickline or cheerleading team, color guard team or baton twirling team.
