SpiritFIT: (nooffered in the spring session)
The goal of this clinic is to build core strength, increase flexibility, tone, strengthen large muscle groups and increase cardio stamina, all of which are necessary to meet the high demands of cheerleading and kickline routines. This new program is designed to provide the foundation necessary for athletes to develop the required fitness level needed in high school sports and educate participants in proper fitness technique.  This will all be done with the support of certified guest trainers in the areas of yoga, cross fit and pilates and with the additional support of varsity team members who will teach fitness through cheer and kickline routines.  We welcome current HS team members to practice with us in addition to middle school students and Spirit Game Team members in 4th grade and up.
